What Anxiety is.

It is worrying about millions of things in a millisecond.

It is Overthinking anything 

and everything.

It is when taking a “chill pill” was never an option.

It is  always being too afraid people would think that all you want is attention

while all you really want is redemption. 

It is when you’re afraid of now , yesterday and tomorrow.

It is when you’re afraid of drowning in sorrow.

Its hating having to live like this

but you just dont have a clue how to stop it.

It’s always being told to “let it go”

but you just can’t

It is living with a mind that thinks for its own

and you don’t have a say in it.

It is when sleeping is  #Goals.
