Terence Mckenna discusses a historical cult site Eleusis likened to modern day Burning Man I would Imagine.  For over 2,000 years, Eleusis was festival celebrated in the Spring and again in Septemeber in Ancient Greece. The Festival was open to anyone, however attendees were only allowed to go once in their lifetime and were forbidden to discuss the events they experienced. Mckenna analyzes clues that remain to discover the mystery of Eleusis ceremony which was most likely a grand collaborative experience with psilocybin drank from a ceremonial cup.

This isnt just some way to compensate for this person possibly dying in the near future so you want to take back all the shit you've ever done.

but it was more real than anything ive ever experienced.

yet still so hazy.
