Santos, the nearest beach city to São Paulo, was our destination for the last day of the year 🌴🌊⛱. The city is famous for its coffee museum ☕ (where world coffee prices were once negotiated) and Pele (he played for the football club of Santos and also has his own museum there) ⚽️. I happily skipped both museums to go to the beach.☀️ I will not comment on the quality of the water not to come off as ungrateful, but it was less crowded and more orderly than I have expected.⛱ Also, it was weird to see a wall of tall buildings framing the entire length of the beach, but I learned it's the most typical scenery for all Atlantic shore from Miami to Mar del Plata 🏙🌊. After the beach, we went to the city center, which was creepily empty but equally pretty, with many egg-themed graffities 🍳, and somehow gave me Havana vibes 🇨🇺. Since I was still sick, I opted for going back to SP and peacefully slept through the NYE 😴, but @cheshiriss and @vitalik_bluesrocker stayed to participate in the traditional celebrations like jumping over waves dressed in white, throwing flowers in the sea and what not 🌊🎉. . coming up next 🥁: Buenos Aires!!!🇦🇷 . . . . #santos #santoscity #santosbeach #Pele #café #tamofrito #bomfim #bomfimlovers #saopaulo #visitsaopaulo #visitsantos #braziltourism #brazilstreetart #brazil🇧🇷 #saopaulostreetart (en Santos - SP - Brasil) https://www.instagram.com/p/CoIGkWOq9ZG/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
