Kip Omolade at VIACOM.

The sensational, exhilarating artwork of artist Kip Omolade is currently on display at New York City’s VIACOM headquarters in their front lobby until the end of February, part of their ongoing #ArtAtViacom series.

The New York artist seeks to celebrate humanity through his shimmering, hyper-real oil paintings which involve the process of hand-making a sculpted mask of his subjects via plaster and then with chrome, positioning them in certain landmarks or scenery to capture the reflection on the faces.  They’re truly magnificent works of art and should be sought out if you’re in New York City in the coming weeks.
