I lost my Dad last year in 2018 ….. it is still the hardest thing I have ever endured .

I know that I have many men that follow my blog because of their fondness of redheads . My Dad had the greatest affection for redheads , and on my parents second date my Dad told my Mom that he was going to marry her and that they were going to have a little redhead daughter . It was just wishful thinking as my maternal grandmother was a beautiful redhead . Four years later I was their first born & a redhead ! He used to lovingly tell me all the time “ I got just what I ordered “ when you were born.

As an adult I often teased him and would say “ I bet sometimes you thought what the hell was I thinking wanting a little redhead girl “ because I was a handful as a teenager …. he would lovingly say ….. I got just what I wanted !

Happy Fathers Day to my Dad in heaven , from your little redhead . You were the best Dad a girl could have & I miss you like crazy .
