hello dear you and you and you,

this is what kept me from taking photos since mid-november. anton came a long way and is the best thing that happened to me in a while. my life changed completely. i changed, too. or better… i feel home. now that we accustomed ourselves to eachother, got to know our daily routine not included all the new experiences to come, i'll pack my camera back around my neck and we three are complete and ready.

»Hier wird nicht gedacht: Toumani Samake« a campaign by the art-collective »Zentrum für politische Schönheit« tries to call attention to the present situation to depict what is happening at  european borders. every day refugees are dying at precisely those borders while trying to survive and find protection. they are not just dying, they are also murdered. the memorial crosses to remember the deaths of the berlin wall were taken out off their original setting to bring them to the frontiers, where the fortress europe fights the poorest of society. see the video of the action here read in TAZ
