For people that have watched Shetland, how does Cassie and Jimmy's relationship work? Like I just started watching the show and for the first episode I thought Cassie was his kid but then he sees a Duncan guy and apparently that's Cassie's dad. So who tf is Jimmy to Cassie?! And why is she with him and not Duncan?!
I can't believe they sent Morse to Australia and then made him listen to Australian country music.
The summer of 1953 in Kembleford | I Know The End by Phoebe Bridgers
Truly the best episode of Father Brown is the one where Flambeau comes back to hard launch him and Felicia's relationship and there are a ton of Richard III references.
It has my two favorite boys and my favorite ship! What more could a girl want?!
You know that episode where Flambeau pretends to die by being exploded? I was rewatching that episode and there are two guys playing chess behind him as he was holding a bomb. Now Flambeau faked his death (still not super sure how) but the bomb still went off... So what happened to the cops and the two chess players?!
Axel finally draws Richard III
I'm really impressed by how well this man can bullshit his anthropological theories. I would be stuttering and panicking a bit. He's as cool as a cucumber.
Would anyone want to put a few bucks towards a couch to save my friend's marriage?
Do you think French embassies during the 20s to 50s had a sign that read "Here to report a detective? Hercule Poirot is Belgian. Their down the street"?
If I had a nickel for every time this year I've had to explain to someone that the Roanoke that's in Virginia and the Roanoke that went missing are not the same Roanokes nor are they in the same state I'd have 2 nickels. Which isn't a lot but it's weird it's happened twice right?
would hercule flambeau from father brown pay child support?
Would Hercule Flambeau pay Child Support?
Yes
No
I love how we all came out in the reblogs to say canonically he does. How dare you question my boi's honor like that!
My friends are arguing over rather or not the Ology Books (Egyptology, Dragonology, Mythology etc) are part of white culture or homeschool culture. We decided to go to Tumblr for answers (this might be a mistake).
Are Ology Books part of....
Homeschool Culture
White Culture
Just Mid 2000s culture
Other option (reblog or comment)
I just want to see who's winning
Why is British Airways Flight 5390 (the one where the pilot was yoinked out of the cockpit when the window flew open in flight) haunting me these last few days? I swear I've seen like 3 mentions of it in 3 days and thats too many to randomly happen.
I want a gay Sherlock Holmes. Like actually gay. Not gay in the sense of "your welcome to view John and Sherlock's relationship that way ;)" I want slow build over a season with a passionate love confession in the pouring rain and then a long kiss. I don't want fanfic. I want canon it's on the screen and impossible to deny.
It doesn't need to be Sherlock, it can be two gay detectives that are cute and soft while solving murders. I want one to make breakfast as the other goes over nasty crime scene photos and eat their oatmeal like they are browsing the morning paper and the other joins in with their eggs and toast.
I just want two gay people solving crimes and being wholesome, is that too much to ask for?
It is pride month and I am once again making my demands.
Anyone else ever get the random feeling that you forgot to wear your braces even though they are not removable and you've been out of them for almost 10 years?
Every history nerd has a:
Historical figures you love despite the bad stuff.
A historical figure you hate but cant get enough of.
And finally a historical figure that pops up everywhere and is seemingly haunting just you centuries after their death and you are eternally stuck with them.
