the fastest way to lose weight

progress so far (after 3 fucking months and now I really need to stop being lazy)
lost 20 lb + a little more (could lose 10 more) two chin-ups (need to go to 7 and start working on pull-ups) 1.5 mi run time of 12:30 min (need to go down a minute or two) 40 crunches in two minutes (need to go up to at least 60)

weighted myself after my run this morning+shower+eating some salad I'm at around 195 lb yay
so that dude said something about males should run 1.5mi in no more than 13min and females should run it in no more than 14min
I got 14:02 lolz not qualified to be a female QQ need to stay motivated and get off the internetz
100 push ups and crunches everyday and 1.5mi run every morning not all 100 in one sitting ... of course
yo, Annie stay motivated I hope I can visit during summer but I can't stop training when I visit so yeah more walks to Braum's? lolz
and I think my weight is down to around 197 now not bad for eating a bunch of random stuff

went to work out again and helped my neighbors move some furniture for a few hours it's not a work out until something(everything) sores
wednesday~
worked out today did some leg work outs arms (push and pull) jugged for a bit I need more of that arm stuff
trying to make my daily routine to run everyday 15 crunches and 15 sit ups in the morning then 30 of each before I sleep and workout as much as possible and more push ups and shit
