How are you? Any update on your health issues? Your son still living with you?

Hi! Thank you for checking in! I'm doing better health-wise. I have chronic pain now but on good days, I'm feeling and moving much better than before.

My son is still with me. He doesn't like it here and wants to go back home, but has also accepted that I need his help still.

My therapist left and I haven't been able to find a new one yet so my PTSD, depression, and other issues are still an issue. But I take it one day at a time.

Loneliness is still the most present companion.
