The Punisher is my favorite MCU character but wtf…that was so disgustingly unnecessary to the plot. As someone with hyperphantasia, veterans in my family who suffer mentally and PTSD from having to watch multiple animal abuse videos when I worked animal control….I spent the entire damn special crying and dissociating. I know it’s fake but it hits way too many damn triggers for me.

I’ve worked in the animal field for 20 years now, have a bachelors in animal science and currently do animal nutrition. One thing I’ve always loathed in my field, when I worked clinics and shelters, was the holier-than-thou attitude so many have in this industry lol Jesus Christ, the hatred towards humans as a standard is ridiculous and so smug.

I’ve seen genuine cases of animal abuse, horrifying shit…I’m not gonna act like I’m better than anyone because of it. All it does is guilt and shame people (who are at least attempting the right thing) to not show up. And they wonder why this field has a high turnover rate.
