the days aren't feeling right recently. im afraid of the change, the thing ill loose and the things ill gain. what if im not who i was before, what if im someone worth caring for?

you always were worth caring for, it just takes time to see that.

there is hundreds of leaves and roots and all of them tower and twist and split and change. new ones sprout each day, all of them give more to the ever growing world of ourselves and everything. some rot and fall, some snap or wither, are they not apart of this to?

you will never climb the whole tree if you stay on one branch.

taking breaks are sometimes necessary, even if its something you enjoy that doesn't mean you wont burn out.

look to the things you love with passion and take care in keeping the joy.

frequent/ constant headaches can be caused by burnout and should be taken care of. take a rest, drink some water and give yourself a break.
