I do wish that more people could experience Project Hail Mary for the first time like I had.
Imagine: You're reading the newest book by the author of The Martian, expecting another "lone astronaut solves engineering problems in space" story.
You're still under that impression for much of the beginning of the book.
Then a massive alien spaceship shows up.
The book is now a first contact story.
Arguably I had this experience without actually watching it
I had no clue what Project Hail Mary was and didn't know it was based on a book, so what little I saw about it a few months ago gave me the impression it was just an astronaut movie like Gravity
So imagine my confusion when my dash suddenly gets flooded one day with Rocky fanart
They should invent a way to sit hunched over doing crafts that is Good for your body
