This is my fitness blog, my attempt to stay motivated to go the the gym... I used to play rugby and I'd like to get back to rugby shape! It is also my fashion/car/manly blog. Basically just my current interests. I drive an rx8 and its my baby! I also own a 1st gen rx7.
