I am officially in recovery, but I want my future to not have more issues than I already have in regards to my body 😅 I'm using work outs and muscle building as my way out, since I already have the habit of working out (even if I don't workout for random week long stints lol) and I go swimming with my mum regularly (bless her gorgeous bitchy heart, she had no clue I relapsed, and yes, I said bitchy, she is proud to be called this lmao)
