i dont talk anymore. i dont want to. i have nothing to say. i have nothing to contribute to a conversation. words escape me and i dont care that they do. i can go entire days without muttering a word. i just want to be left alone, now.
The meds just make you numb, they don’t make you better. You just sit there in pain but with no release because you’ve lost the ability to cry.
I struggle with suicidal thoughts every single day and nobody knows about the extent of how much I’ve been thinking.
About self harm...
1. No not all of us do it for attention. 2. No it’s not always cutting. (Sometimes it’s burning, scratching, punching, etc) 3. No it’s not a “phase.” It’s an addiction- like alcoholism. 4. No we’re not all “emo” or “goth.” 5. Yes we can feel pain. 6. Yes we hate it. 7. No we’re not trying to hurt you. 8. It’s been proven to release endorphins in the brain. It really does help us feel better even if only temporarily. 9. No we can’t just “stop at will.” 10. Self harm is usually a “side effect” of another mental illness we carry. (MDD, BPD, OCD, PTSD, etc) 11. No it’s not always a suicide attempt. 12. Yes it’s a coping method. 13. No not only teenage girls do it. All genders, all ages- everyone- can self harm. 14. No we’re not dangerous to you. Hence the term self harm. 15. Yes we wish we could be okay.
Is it bad that I wished I had some sort of disease that would 100% kill me so I wouldn’t chicken out every time I try to kill myself
The physical pain always seems easier to deal with than the mental pain.
have u ever been in so much emotional pain to the point where ur chest starts to hurt and it feels hard to breathe because ur brain is in so much agony to the point where it manifests that pain into physicality to cope with how much it hurts
Can I just die without hurting anyone please?
I hate getting so sad to the point where my body completely shuts down, and all I can do is just lay there and think about all my problems
Do you ever go “ wow ok” and shut down entirely
