Anouk represented The Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 with 'Birds'. She has five children: Benjahmin, Elijah, Phoenix, Jesiah and Sion. You might wonder why I'm writing in English: it's because I think that fans outside Holland aren't being informed good enough about Anouk in English. Yesterday Anouk performed at the Volvo Ocean Race Festival in Scheveningen and I was there too, she was fantastic! She played fourteen songs, ending with Nobody's Wife and Girl.

Regrettably Trijntje Oosterhuis didn't qualify for the finals of the Eurovision Song Contest with Anouk's Walk Along. Still she had a new album and she'll be doing a tour this year in The Netherlands.
