ANRCHO.COM - Organize, agitate, build consensus
https://anrcho.com <- a means to organize democratically, anonymously, and via consensus decision making.
Anrcho is now being hosted from the original repository it started with. With OpenSSL still intact, a new slogan, and soon to come user interface updates, Anrcho is coming back in full force. I call on all anarchists, hackers, commies, and any other interested developers of free culture to aid in this project.
The goal is to provide an efficient means of organizing via consensus, or empowering groups to reach consensus more quickly and without electing a middleman or third party to decide for them on any given dispute. Modeled after and influenced by Earthaven’s New Decision-Making Method, Anrcho’s model of consensus aims to empower communities to organize on a peer to peer basis with little to no hierarchy.
Anrcho was built with Ruby on Rails and currently uses Ubuntu, Nginx, and Unicorn for the server set up, with Lets Encrypt for OpenSSL.
Anrcho is back! However, to save money the site is being hosted from within another project now so there are still some bugs being worked out. And, on the flip side of that, all traffic to and from the site is now encrypted through OpenSSL so it’s definitely more secure now, albeit a bit buggy.
The old repository is here for reference but as mentioned above the the site is now being hosted from within this project.

https://github.com/ethanwilkins/anrcho http://anrcho.com Organize direct action against the corporations and governments jeopardizing life on earth with Anrcho.com, an anonymising project management service/social network where all decisions are worked out through a model of consensus based democracy. Create private groups for any project, with encrypted group chat by default. You can even set a view limit for the group, automatically deleting all group data if the number of views exceeds 3, for example, then redirecting the user to a 404 page. All posts are motions to do some action, locally or globally, each motion can be voted for or against, leading to ratification or revision. While it only takes one peer reviewed down vote to move the motion to revision, it takes a majority vote with zero verified down votes for the motion to be officially ratified. However, any vote can still be reversed after verification, ensuring that no resolution is ever set in stone. Once a public (non group) post is officially ratified, it is then posted to Twitter and eventually other social networks for maximum effect. Anrcho.com is also open source. Feel free to browse the source code, fork, or contribute to the repository on GitHub.
If it’s inaccessible to the poor, it’s neither radical nor revolutionary.
Try Anrcho.com today and begin organizing with comrades in your area.
New features: Low on charge, data, or just want to conserve? Low energy mode, now available from the navigation menu, can help you do just that.
All groups, messages, and comments are ephemeral now in that they are each deleted a week after creation, adding an extra layer of security atop already encrypted conversations.

Anrcho.com should be up for the meantime, though it should be back up quickly should it go down in the future.
