EQUIPMENTS HELP THE POULTRY PACKAGING SYSTEM MORE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY, IF THERE IS A PRODUCTION OF 1000 CHICKEN MEAT IN A DAY, IT IS VERY HARD TO DO ALL THE CHICKEN MEAT INTO THE PACKAGING PROCESS. IF THE EQUIPMENTS USED FOR THAT SAME PURPOSE THE 1000 CHICKEN MEAT IS PACKAED IN A HALF A DAY . 

SOME OF THE MAIN EQUIPMENTS USED FOR POULTRY PACKAGING ARE:

Semi-Automatic Bagging & Packing machines: The Semi-Automatic Bagging & Packing machines are a great part of a complete range for a good and efficent plant design. Fully made of stainless steel & the machine has been made for quick and effective packing of poultry products into plastic bags. Carcasses are then hooked and then go through the funnel into plastic or wrapping bags, which are hung to the outlet side of the machine. By means of a special air guiding system, the bags are automatically blown up. Adjustment of blowing time, bag trays adjustment and pressure time that can be made by 3 control knobs on the control board.

SPECIAL BAG HOLDERS: Special types of bags allow the use of bag holders which makes tasks a much more easy and effective process. The packing machine can be equipped with a tape or a bag clipper which is connected then to the control board.It is also possible to integrate a foot operated switch for process release.

PACKAGING FUNNEL: Packaging funnels are the part of a complete range of equipment for the plant design. It is made entirely from stainless steel, the funnel has been specially made for packing poultry into plastic bags, which are connected to the outlet side. A bag holder is available as another option to make the tasks more easy. The funnel is connected to a packing table.

AUTOMATIC PACKAGING MACHINE :Machine has been made and built for ultimate reliability, with minimal maintenance. All parts are made of stainless steel or of high quality synthetic material. All sensitive parts are well shielded, so that the entire machine can be cleaned with a high pressure water system. Realistic output for a fed packaging machine is approx. 800 birds/h, in combination with a feedlink unit it can go up to 1,100 birds/h. The output depends on the local conditions, such as bag and tape quality, and the association around the machine.

TRAY WASHERS: It is made entirely of stainless steel & the machine has been made for quick and effective cleaning of poultry meat crates. Crates are completely washed with hot water of approximately 55°C in the main wash zone, also allowing the addition of disinfectants for a hygienic cleaning. After that the main wash section the crates are then rinsed with fresh water. The recirculated wash water is cleaned by means of a static sieve. Heating up the washing water can be done by steam which heats up the washing water by means of a heat exchanger or by an electric heater. The desired heating type would need to be indicated by placing an order. Various capacities from 150 to 800 crates per hour can be handled.
