I would give you food if I had some.
That's alright, I guess I'll just starve to death and it will all be on your shoulders. When you come visit my grave, it will say Daisy Fletcher, loving... person. Killed by her classmate who wouldn't feed her.
Everyone give me your food, now, please.
All iâve got at the moment is strawberries and apples. Your free to have some.

I'm back.
Yessir. Parties and shopping.
But why didnât you grab me with you?
Because I was going to gay bars and to the best of my knowledge, you're straight as an arrow.
I'm back.
And exhausted.
Youâre back from what? Parties? -smiles-
Yessir. Parties and shopping.
I'm back.
And exhausted.
Where were you and whatâd you do?
Alaska, and I hunted some moose with Sarah Palin.
Alaska? Sarah Palin, were you dreaming?
Or maybe I was just shopping and drinking myself into a stupor. Either or.
I'm back.
And exhausted.

Wooooooo! Friday!
Someoneâs excited for the weekend!
Hells yeah!
Why's that? Anything special going on?
Wooooooo! Friday!
Someone's excited for the weekend!
The hallways are so empty.
I know. 's terrible.
Don't Talk Much || Daisy & Mars
He nods along as she goes off on a tangent, fishing his sketchbook out of his pocket. Pulling charcoal from another pocket, he flips to an empty page and writes, his hand shaking involuntarily. âI can write a bit.â He underlines the âa bitâ as he doesnât want to communicate much - it took him some effort to do so. The lump in his throat is still present, and he tries his best to attempt and swallow it, looking to her sadly as she explained her own story.
It confused him, a bit, at which she describes herself to be suddenly unpopular. He looks down, thinking of possibilities as to what happened, what left her high and dry. âIt shouldnât affect me like it does.â He scribbles, nearly dropping the book in his attempts. Instead, he crosses this out and shakes his head. âWhat happened to you? What did you do?â With that, he sets the pencil down to look up at the girl for her response. He doesnât mean to pry, but it was easier than writing about himself.
Daisy watched as he pulled out a small pad of paper out of his pocket and proceeded to write on it. He emphasized his inability to communicate a lot, but she took what she could get. She chuckled at this. "Alright, this works, too. Most people just talk, but this works," she said jokingly, searching his face anxiously to see if she had somehow offended him. Once she was satisfied with his expression, she looked back down to the paper.
"It does, though, doesn't it?" she asked quietly, observing the words that he had hastily crossed out. "We can pretend all we want, but it always affects us. Because we're humans with feelings and feelings can get hurt, just like you can break a bone." She trailed off, noticing the second phrase he had written down. Looking into his face, she smiled a bit sadly. "Came out. You know, very republican, very conservative town. Can't have the likes of me walking around and trying to convert the nice straight girls," she said lightheartedly. It was so much easier to make it into a joke. Focusing on what was making the boy upset was her priority, though, and she dragged her focus back to him. "What've you got that the other kids like to make fun of? You seem cool enough to me."
So fucking quiet...
Someoneâs hella confident. Iâm Daisy.
You already know it, sweetheart. Mm. Daisy. Like the beautiful flower.
Flowers are only half as amazing as me.
So fucking quiet...
Fancy yourself just as hot as the desert?
Well, shit. Iâd say so.Â
Someone's hella confident. I'm Daisy.
So fucking quiet...
Kalahari. Like the desert?
Exactly like it.Â
