South Korea - Seoul

Every traveler travel to Korea. They surely need to travel and stay at Seoul at least one days. Seoul is the largest city and capital of the South Korea. The tourist attraction in Seoul include Gyeongbokgung, Myeongdong, Seoul N Tower and so on.

Gyeongbokgung is the main palace in the city. The traveler need to travel this place in order to know the culture of Korea. Moreover, visiting in Gyeongbokgung in the winter with the snow scene and historical building, it is a memorable and enjoyable experience in our life.

Myeongdong is a heaven of women. Here, can buy everything which you needs and wants such as cosmetic, food and so on. In addition, we can eat and buy the cheaper and nice food and things in here. 

In Seoul N Tower, we can see the night or day view of the city, it viewing can make us feel enjoyable and relaxation.

Moreover, the couple also can come here to promise their everlasting love to each other with locks bearing the names of couples.

Now haze situation are very serious.We need drink more water to prevent sick problem. Normally, a person should drink average between 2000-2500 ml of water. Water can supplement the body energy and improve the metabolism system daily.

The best timing to drink water:

1. After wake up, drinking a cup of water.

2. After exercise, we need to drink water to supplement our body energy.

3. When you sick, drinking more water can control the body temperature at        35.8°C to 38.0°C.

Ingredients

6 tablespoon Rolled Oats

1 cup Hot Water or Hot Milk of choice

variety of Superfood (hemp seed, chia seed, gojiberry), grind flaxseed, maca powder

Instructions

Scoop 6 tablespoon of rolled oats into a bowl and add hot water / milk (it should be about 1 inch above the oats). Cover the bowl with a pot cover to keep the heat in for 10-15 mins. The oats will be soft and not too soggy (the way I like it). Soak longer if you prefer softer texture.

Add preferred toppings.

4 spring onions, sliced

500g frozen peas, corn and carrots

4 cups cooked rice (or use microwaveable rice)

2 cups shredded cooked chicken, skin removed (use leftovers or buy a pre-cooked chicken)

2 tablespoons salt-reduced soy sauce

Instructions:

Step 1: Heat a large, non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Spray with oil then fry spring onions for 1-2 minutes. Add frozen vegetables and fry for a couple more minutes until cooked through.

Step 2: Add rice, chicken and soy sauce to pan and stir to combine. Heat for a few minutes more then serve immediately.

1 large apple, peeled, cored and finely sliced

1 cup oats

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon mixed spice

1 cup low-fat milk

1 tablespoon honey

1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Instructions:

Step 1: Place the apple, oats, cinnamon, mixed spice, milk and 2 cups of water in a large microwave-proof dish. Cook on high (100%) for 8 minutes, stirring every minute, until thick. Set aside for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Serve drizzled with the honey and slivered almonds.

2 very ripe bananas

1 egg

1/2 cup low-fat milk

1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice

1 cup white self-raising flour

1 cup wholemeal self-raising flour

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:

Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 210°C. Mash bananas. Beat egg and add to banana. Add milk and juice.

Step 2: Sift flours, cinnamon and baking powder. Fold flours into banana and liquid. Mix gently.

Step 3: Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake for about 20 minutes, until lightly brown. Turn out and cool.

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon mustard powder

500g skinless chicken breast fillets, fat trimmed

cooking oil spray

400g can four-bean mix (I used Edgell brand), rinsed and drained

60g (about 1/2 bag) baby spinach leaves, chopped

1 red onion, halved and thinly sliced

1/2 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/3 cup lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, crushed

Instructions:

Step 1: Place spices on a plate. Spray chicken with oil. Press into spice mixture to evenly coat all over.

Step 2: Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for about 4 minutes each side, or until brown and cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil and set aside to rest.

Step 3: Combine beans, spinach, onion and parsley in a bowl. Dress with the combined olive oil, lemon juice and garlic. Shred chicken and add to bowl along with juice and garlic. Toss to combine. Spoon among serving bowls and serve.

650g potatoes, thinly sliced

500g lean beef mince

1 onion, finely chopped

420g can mild chilli beans

400g can Mexican-style tomatoes

olive oil spray

1/2 cup grated reduced-fat cheese

To serve

1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream

2 spring onions, finely chopped

chopped fresh coriander

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 190°C. Cook potatoes in boiling water for 8-10 minutes until slightly tender.

Step 2: Brown mince in a non-stick pan. Add onion. Cook for a few minutes. Add beans and tomatoes. Cook for 4-5 minutes.

Step 3: Arrange half the potatoes in a large ovenproof dish or divide among 4 individual dishes. Spray with a little olive oil.

Step 4: Spoon over mince. Arrange remaining potatoes over top. Spray with oil. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve with sour cream, spring onions and coriander.
