Silco got his revenge years later!

do you ever think it’s so sad that vander didn’t feel the need to fight for a better future like they promised felicia because he was too scared to jeopardize her kids even more, despite the fact that every day under piltover’s reign of terror is another day that her kids, and all children of zaun, would continue to be in danger. while vander understood vi’s drive to protect—block with their face so that they could be the shield between the threat and those they loved—and anger at piltover, and knew how to diffuse her feeling of powerlessness (because he went through the same thing), he never really knew how to talk to powder and calm her down from her hallucinations or insecurities. that had always been vi’s job, which left powder without a dependable parental figure to guide her.

and you know who would have known how to talk to powder? silco. he has had to be scrappy, his thin and relatively small stature compared to enforcers required him to be a proficient knife fighter and also wield his manipulation like a weapon, like powder with her explosives. he would restore her hurt self-confidence and encourage her to stop at nothing to improve and learn from her mistakes until she gets the same results she dreamed of.

I guess I’m just saying if only vander was a little braver and they both were a little less stubborn when it comes to reconcile we could have had a silco who was less cutthroat because he now had something to lose (something that main timeline silco realized too late in the s1 finale) and a vander who never betrayed himself and surrendered zaun to the enforcers again after just one failed insurrection
