Princess Antionella

princess antionella of Narnia. eldest daughter of King Caspian and Queen Arista and sister to Ian, Leon, Cornelius and Alessandra. Engaged to Lord Dmitri of Archenland.

Caspian favors the twins a bit more than his other children because the twins remind him of himself. He still loves his other children but they remind him more of Arista and her family than they do himself and his parents. With Cornelius, his son doesn’t only look like him physically but also shares his love for sailing and wanting to captain the Dawn Treader. Alessandra shares his eye color and his love for his books as well as his imagination.

Dmitri wrapped his arms around her waist as well. “And I wouldn’t wish for you to do that.” Because any form of disgrace that would come to his wife would not be taken lightly. He might not have been a high level royal but he still had the pride of one. Antionella would still be a princess as well and having her disgraced would only put him farther down on Ian’s liked list.

Following her into his room, he shut the door behind him and gently pushed her against it. His light eyes looked down at her as his finger tips moved across her cheek. “Your father knows…” Well that was news to him. Embarrassing news. Dmitri was thankful that her mother didn’t know though. “Nonetheless I look forward to the day that I can freely be in a bedroom with you. Though remember you’ll be going into my room back in Archenland.”

The blonde squeaked a little bit when her fiance pushed her against the door and pressed himself upon her. His hand against her cheek was comforting; not that she at all would have been uncomfortable with Dmitri when they were alone in the bedroom.          “Yes, he does. But I promise he took it well. Apparently it was obvious.”

And, she could understand that. She knew that they were rather full on with each other, even in public. It was just the simple case and point that Antionella couldn't keep her hands off of her lover and the same back. “Yes, I know.” The princess nodded, “Though, remember I will want as many visits back to see my family as possible.” A small smile crossed her lips as she moved her head forward and pressed warm wet kisses across his neck.

The threat of being hit by her made his hands go up to show that he wasn’t going to say anything more on the subject. He might be joking around, or coming off as such, but he was taking their wedding seriously. His family and hers had been allies for long time due to his father being the one to protect the border between Archenland and Narnia. It also helped that one of her father’s knights had been done his page and squire years under his father as well. Dmitri would say it would also make him and Ian actual brothers but Ian seemed to be frustrated about that rather than be happy.

"Unfortunately they don’t trust such things." Not that they would lie about it. He quite enjoyed it and he knew she did as well. A smirk made it’s way onto Dmitri’s face upon hearing how she would give him an heir. By the way they had sex he had no doubt about that. Especially as she was about to get another attempt at that. "I love you too," he returned before kissing her lips. "He will in his own way, Love."

She rolled her eyes and wrapped her arm around his waist. “Well I highly doubt I would lie about having sex with you and disgracing myself before our wedding ---” Still, Antionella pressed her lips into his shoulders. Antionella was determined that one day she would give Dmitri an heir. The amount of times that they made love when they were together should have shown that! The blonde nodded her head as she opened the door to his quarters when they made their way across the hallway. Antionella turned when inside the room and looked towards Dmitri. “Soon enough I'll be moving you into my chambers. Father appears to know what we get up to already, but Mother --- I don't think she would approve.” Not that she really believed the King knew to what extent the two had been intimate together; but the Queen, she would most likely have a heart attack.

Another round of laughter came out of the wolfhound as they reached the top of the stairs. Thankfully all they would then need to do now was reach the end of the hallway and they would be at his room. His blue gray eyes looked around to make sure that no maids or servants were in the hallway or any branching ones. Dmitri knew that Antionella was weary about them being spotted alone. Already rumors were spreading that they were already bedding one another. It wasn’t exactly bad as they were married in their minds but he didn’t wish to get her in trouble. But he also couldn’t help himself by having her that way.

"They’ll only be there to make certain that I take you," he assured her. "After that it will only be you and me. I promise that when it comes to the consummation that no one will see you the same way I do." Which meant he would also have to hold himself back on how he usually was. He didn’t see Antionella liking that too much and having him make it up to her once they were alone. "I’m certain he’ll catch on sooner or later. He’ll possibly thank you for it too."

She turned around when they were at the top of the stairs and gave the Lord a stern look. Just because they were to be married and she was supposed to learn to please him, she wasn't going to stop being stubborn --- or her mother's daughter!                “Don't make me hurt you,” She smirked as she glared at him. The wedding was important to her and she couldn't hold back; how could she? Being his wife would make her a hundred times happier. The last thing she wanted was to keep everything off until the last minute and not have the perfect wedding. It was even pulling her and her mother together and making them closer too. Antionella snorted before raising her brows, “Can't they just realise you already have---” Although not as husband and wife. “I'm certainly going to provide you with an heir, Sire.” Why did she have to be a Princess and therefore this be a royal marriage regardless? “I love you,” She whispered, pressing her lips into his before beginning to walk backwards towards his quarters. She moved her hand to take Dmitri's and hit him with a groan. “I don't think Cornelius would ever thank me.”

"Getting a little ahead of our self, aren’t we?" he asked through a chuckle. But he knew that she was excited. If he could do it right he would marry her that very day. However he first needed to leap through several hoops before that could happen. Dmitri would do it to make her his bride though. He would do anything for her and he was certain she knew that. All she had to do was say the word and it would be done.

Turning a corner to walk up some stairs that led to his room, he held her closer to him as they walked. His eyes only glanced ahead of him every now and then to make sure he didn’t walk into anything. With Antionella by his side Dmitri found it hard for him to look away from her. “I’m certain he’ll understand them soon enough, my love.”

She rolled her eyes, “Couldn't help myself---” And she would happily hit his arm and scold him. Antionella knew that Dmitri was just as excited about their upcoming wedding as she was. The fact that they were basically already a married couple without the official paperwork and vows meant a lot to the Princess. “Besides the farther away from the consummation we are the better,” The last thing she wanted to remind herself of was the fact that she would have to make love with Dmitri with people watching. She nodded her head, making sure they made their way towards the chambers without issue. Part of her was still weary of people noticing her. “I just wanted to give him a friendly shove in the right direction, is all.” A small teasing smirk crossed her lips – she could be persuasive when she tried.

The lordling smiled at her as she pressed herself into him rather flirtatiously. Though he had missing her presence and just being around her, Dmitri had also missed the nights they spent together. He had more or less taught her how to pleasurable sex could be and he didn’t regret it (even if it put him in Ian’s bad books). Antionella was everything he had ever wanted in a wife and lover that he wasn’t ashamed to talk about their bedroom experiences a little. Of course he was smart enough not to talk about them too freely. Taking her after he had been away for so long only seemed right to him anyways.

He stole one more kiss from her before focusing on getting to his room. Glancing down at her he asked, “What have you been up to while I’ve been gone?” He was curious to know what she had been doing in his absence. He didn’t think for one moment that she had gone off with another man. If she did then it would have been against her will and Dmitri would hunt down the man to give her the justice she rightfully deserved. Ian would probably even help him then.

“Planning our wedding,” She replied as she tilted her head and looked at Dmitri. Even if he had yet to have confirmed and made the engagement official the blonde had little doubt that her lover would succeed in doing so. To one day not only be a Princess of Narnia but a Lady of Archenland; she couldn't help but fantasise and get carried away. Moving her hand from his, she wrapped her arm around his and then looked up at him, keeping his arm pressed against her body. “I have been thinking of where to set it and who my siblings should invite to accompany them. Unfortunately Cornelius doesn't seem to be taking my hints about Cerise.” Antionella turned her head and pouted a little. “As if they think I haven't noticed.”

Dmitri laughed as he kissed her once again before pulling away to smile down at her. Glancing at his father’s men that had accompanied him he signaled for them to leave him and Antionella alone. He had spent days away from her which was more than he wished to be away from her now that they were to marry. Getting some alone time so he could show her how much he had missed her was what he wanted. Kissing her forehead he said, “He will, just give him time.” 

He took her hand into his and gently tugged on it as he took a step in the direction of the castle. “I’m a bit tired from riding most of the day. Retire with me?”

The princess unwrapped her arms from around her fiance's neck as he questioned her about joining him to his guests quarters. Yes, things had started to take a sexual turn for them. Antionella didn't expect he was going to ask her to go with him so soon after his arrival, but she didn't care. As long as she got to spend some time with him that was all that mattered to her. She had been anticipating this day for weeks now. “Yes, Mi'lord.” She teased as she pressed her body into his and then tightened the grip he had on her hand and followed him into the direction of her family's castle. Antionella knew that no one would look for them, if they found out Dmitri had arrived then they would know where Antionella more or less was.

"What?" Caspian said in feigned confusion. He knew exactly what had made Antionella act like that and he didn’t regret it. If he couldn’t tease his own children, then who could he tease? Of course Arista might scold him a little for doing it but they all knew he didn’t mean any harm by it. "I don’t see why he would need to. Knowing your mother, she will want to do everything which means I’ll be paying for it myself." Not that he minded doing that. She was his first baby girl to get married and he most likely had more gold than the lord did.

“Just stop it;” The words were garnished with laughter as the princess looked away from the King, unable to keep eye contact. The fact that her father was teasing her was one thing; but the fact he was teasing her about her sex life was another. Yes, it was common knowledge, but still.

She groaned, “But Dmitri wanted to make sure he had his father's blessing.” Even if that was more something that the father of the bride should have done; Dmitri was very family orientated and wanted to make sure the Lord approved of his future bride, even if he would have still married her if he didn't. Antionella couldn't wait to hear what the old Lord had to say about their match.

Hann ran ahead of him and his men to greet his fiancee. A smile grew on his face as he laid eyes on her and only grew more when he saw how Hann greeted her with a lick on her hand. Halting his horse he dismounted from his horse. Dmitri place his hands on her waist as he kissed her cheek and handed his horse off to one of his men. 

"Still haven’t tired from that nickname I see," he said before kissing her lips. He didn’t mind though. She was the only one that was allowed to call him that and he liked hearing it come out of her mouth. "Does your brother still wish to kill me?"

                        “Apparently not,” She replied as she instantly felt at home with her fiance's hands on her waist. The blonde turned a little to be more comfortable and wrapped her arms around his neck. “As far as I know,” She knew that she had yet to have an apology from Ian for the dispute that they had had when she told him that she was to marry his best friend. It made her feel a little ashamed that her future marriage, and her sex life, had more or less broken apart such a friendship. But, she understood that he was her older brother and was looking out for her. After all, Dmitri was older than her. Returning the kiss, she brushed her nose into his chin before glancing down at Hann. “And I've missed you too, Boy.”

Caspian looked up from his book on Narnian history (possibly the thousandth time he read the book) when he heard someone running towards him. He eyed his eldest daughter curiously as she sat down next to him but what she said next didn’t surprise him. “Is he now? And here I thought he had already done that by the way you two behave,” he said teasingly as he closed his book.

The blonde's eyes widened at her father's teasing.

Yes she knew that Dmitri and her had been rather obvious with their public display of affection (and more) but she didn't think that such things had gone noticed by the King himself. “Daddy,” Antionella squeaked as a blush of red crossed over her cheeks and she looked away from him for a minute. “I think he was talking to his Father about it.”

                "Dmitri,"

It wasn't that the princess had been waiting for the Lord's arrival; but she had      still she couldn't hide the grin that crossed her lips as she saw the Lord and his men galloping towards her on their horses.                     "Wolfhound!" She called out, laughing at the fact she still referred to him as that, even now. Her hand gripped the reigns of the horse, petting the beast on its nose as she smiled up at him and waited for him to join her on the ground.

                            "Father!" Antionella ran towards her father in the gardens, clutching the skirts of her dress before she sat down beside him on the bench. "Did you hear? Dmitri is returning to Cair, he's going to make the engagement official."
