thinking about lifesteal season 5 again…… the pmc betrayal…… clown hunting minute down like a dog, minute getting more and more desperate no longer fighting but just turning tail and running, dozens of arrows sticking out of his back, worn down to a slow and painful death—horrible to watch, clown said himself as their past camaraderie flashed through his head—and in the end minute just stripping himself of armour to spare his very last bit of dignity as the persistence hunter that was his former teammate puts him down brutally.

this pmc shit is crazy bro….. after their last meeting in the old pmc base clown said “that was rough” because betraying minute genuinely affected him and leo said “minute doesn’t understand he hasn’t been on lifesteal long enough” and i just know that’s part of why the pmc breakup hit ls!clown so hard. yeah clown was the one who chose to betray him, but minute’s genuine devastation at that betrayal really struck home to clown that minute never truly understood lifesteal—and thus never truly understood clown. that’s why minute tried to steer the server towards peace and take away the heart of lifesteal, the thing that clown loves most about it, as well as why minute never saw his own betrayal of the pmc’s ideals as a betrayal at all, as if being a noble hero is natural, as if they werent just killers when it really came down to it. clown is a wild predator minute mistook for a domesticated pet, and when he tried to take it indoors he was inevitably bitten.
