A piece for @godshideouscreation and also my first use of Glaze. I stepped out of my comfort zone for this, and tried using some of my custom halftone brushes.

As you can see Glaze kinda kills the quality (I used a smaller rez pic to Glaze already).

So. I made a website.

Roughly in October 2023, I experienced a combination of burnout and the realization that the holidays were coming. So I took a break from everything, and took a long hard look at what I was doing, and how I could make things work better.

One was looking at the state of social media. I wasn’t posting enough for algorithmic systems to promote my work. I wasn’t posting the types of content that these systems wanted. And Tumblr is Tumblr.

The other was looking at all my storefronts. I had a Threadless store, an INPRNT shop, a Ko-Fi sticker shop and a BigCartel season shop. It was all over the place. I really wanted everything in one place.

The solution to all these things was a singular website. And so here we are.

This website will act as a centralized hub for all my art related ventures: a portfolio, a blog and a storefront. My social media accounts will continued to be updated, but their importance will be reduced.

I’ve also made some plans for the year, but more on that later.
