If I have to learn to be positive all the damn time and “choose happiness” to be worthy of your time, you have to learn to handle being around people who want to be able to let out their normal, negative human emotions. Do you not see how unhealthy it is on your part to be unable to deal with negativity? Bad things really do happen. Not everything is going to clear up and be happy just because you tried some breathing exercises and told yourself that you’re confident. Maybe it is you who needs to take a look at how you are handling the world around you. Maybe you are the annoying one. There’s nothing wrong with trying t be positive but it has just gotten way too unrealistic. I personally see this cause a lot more damage than good to most people.

depression, makes you hate everything, it makes you angry. its like being trapped in a place full of drunk people and youre just too sober. its that feeling of being so lost, its heaviness in your chest, its numbness in your heart. and its confusing for your mind.
