Question: Is Prince William going to do anything about Harry?
Note: I asked this question twice, drawing 4 cards each time, and 3 of the 4 cards were the same across both readings, despite me shuffling thoroughly between asks (mixing the cards in a circle on the table as well as hand shuffling). The two cards that were different have related meanings. What I am going to do is put the four cards together in one reading and read that.
Interpretation: Prince William is very aware of the situation. He wants to do something, but he is being blocked from taking action (apart from in his private life).
Card One: Strength reversed and the Queen of Wands
Strength is the card for Leo, and The Queen of Wands is a fire sign woman, so this is Meghan as well as Meghan and Harry together (as the Strength card is sometimes seen as the Virgo and Leo card due to the imagery on it).
This tells me that the issue is both Harry himself and Harry coupled with Meghan.
The Strength card in reverse says that Prince William is aware that he can't just deal with Harry; to stop this mess he has to bring down both Harry and Meghan. He regards them both as weak, lying, cowardly and treacherous, lashing out at anyone that they see as an enemy, which is the exact opposite of Strength upright (which is about having inner strength, the courage of your convictions, being brave and honourable, having compassion, not lashing out but acting in a rational manner etc). There is an energy of disgust around this card as well - Prince William finds the pair of them repulsive.
The Queen of Wands upright as a clarifier tells me that this is how Prince William thinks that Harry and Meghan want to be seen - sexually attractive, confident, self assured, passionate, charismatic, courageous, with huge achievements to their name etc - which, as both we and Prince William know, is the exact opposite of how they really are.
The black cat at the feet of the Queen of Wands is a sign of witchcraft, done in secret to support the outer image. If Meghan and/or Harry are doing any dark and/or dodgy occult stuff to achieve their goals, Prince William knows about it and he has taken steps to protect himself and his family.
Card Two: The Six of Swords, reversed
This is the card for overseas travel, and in the reverse it means staying overseas and not coming back. When the card is upright, it says you are moving on from a turbulent situation, but when it is in the reverse you are stuck in that situation and can't leave it behind you, or you are trapped in a situation and can't escape it. It can also indicate being trapped in the past and running away from your troubles. In both upright and reverse the card is about carrying your troubles with you where ever you go.
The energy from this card is how Prince William currently views Harry. He is happy to have Harry stay overseas; far, far away from himself and his family. He thinks that Harry is stuck in the past, unable to move on from his problems, and that he is running away from his problems instead of facing them and solving them. Unfortunately, Harry's behaviour means that Prince William is trapped in a situation that he does not like and wants to move on from, a situation where his brother creates trouble and causes hurt to both Prince William and his family.
The energy from this card is a mix of relief and frustration - relief that Harry is far away (and an absolute steel wall of determination that Harry is not going to be welcomed back to the UK), and also frustration that even when he is overseas, Harry is still attacking and hurting Prince William's family instead of leaving them alone and getting on with his own life. I feel that Prince William knows that things would be worse if Harry was living in the UK, and he is very grateful that his brother is not in the UK, while at the same time wanting to do something so this entire mess is fixed and gone for good.
Card Three: Justice reversed
In the second reading this was the underlying energy, and the underlying energy here was above the line, so take this card as both something that Prince William is aware of and the underlying motivation for his actions.
Justice reversed is unfairness, illegality, lack of accountability, dishonesty, legal issues, etc.
The main energy of this card is an overwhelming outrage that Harry (and Meghan) have done so much that is unfair, immoral, illegal etc and have not been called out on it or held to account for it. The sheer injustice of their situation makes Prince William furious. He wants them held accountable for what they have done to his family, the people of the UK, the people of other countries - every last bit of it. He is chomping at the bit to be able to dish out some of this retribution by exposing their abhorrent behaviour and holding them responsible for their actions.
I'm also getting Line of Succession energy from this card - Prince William knows that Harry and Meghan have interfered with the Line of Succession and he is furious that nothing has been done about it, or possibly that nothing can be done about it due to legal issues (medical privacy etc).
We have a very angry Prince William here who really wants Harry and Meghan to face the consequences of their actions - every last one of their actions, going back to when they first met (and beyond in Harry's case).
Underlying Energy: The Emperor reversed
In the second reading this was the middle card, and Justice reversed was the underlying energy, so read this as both the energy behind things and one of the elements in the reading.
This card is basically the answer to the question as to why Prince William is not doing anything about Harry - he is not allowed to take action. He is not The King, the Emperor card, the head of the family. The person who is the head of the family, King Charles, is blocking his requests for action (The Emperor in reverse is the Emperor saying No). This is despite Harry's actions taking an emotional and physical toll on The King, which is also a meaning of The Emperor in reverse (not in full health, being brought down by words and actions).
The Emperor in reverse can also mean a lack of control and destabilisation, which is what Harry and Meghan are doing, or trying to do, to the monarchy. Prince William sees this clearly and he wants to stop it right now, before it gets worse. The actual ruler, The King, is not allowing this, and he has a more emotional, compassionate, forgiving energy towards Harry, while Prince William is more like: he is a cancer in the monarchy, let's cut it out right now and get rid of it once and for all, before it gets any worse.
Conclusion:
Prince William very much wants to do something about Harry. He is relieved that Harry is out of the country, but he is alos very aware of the hurt and damage that Harry is doing to his family and to the monarchy. He is also very aware that he can't just take out Harry without Meghan, he has to take out both of them for this nonsense to stop. He can see very clearly the unfairness and injustice of their behaviour, and he really, really wants to force them to face the consequences of all their bad behaviour. He sees them both as weak, cowardly, and treacherous, and he wants them gone from the BRF yesterday. Unfortunately, The King is blocking Prince William's demands for action to deal with Harry and Meghan.
With the amount of pent up rage and frustration I am getting from Prince William, once he is free to act, it is going to hit Harry and Meghan like a tidal wave. I'm not getting a heated reaction, but rather a planned and controlled series of events that will both make it quite clear that Harry and Meghan are not part of the BRF and do not have BRF protection, and that will expose their actions and force them to face the consequences of said actions.

I think ALL normal rational people feel the same way William does and I hope he is able to act sooner than later. With Harry and Meghan stripped of their HRH’s and taken out of the LOS it would go a long way to make them irrelevant and less able to get media attention.
I know there are medical privacy laws BUT there are also laws protecting the LOS. Harry and Meghan should have to prove the legitimacy of their children. It is absolutely baffling to me as to why they did not have to do it immediately. The BRF dropped the ball on that one.
Williams frustration and anger is all of óurs. But my advise to William is bide your time. Its coming. Sadly Charles is a do nothing man so it's very sad he is pushing people to not feel sad at his demise when the day comes. Very sad.
