My name is kalei Massey and I am a 2 5 year old animal lover, Book nerd and one day hopfully make it in the music industry. I struggle with Anxiety and depression every day, I have always had it but it has gotten worse as i have gotten older. LateIy I have been in a real funk and not quite myself and i  am tired of just sitting around and not doing anything about it. Off to a great morning! Feeling energized and ready to take on the day. Also drinking my thrive shake, some times at work I don’t get to take a lunch but my shake keeps me so full pretty much all day. I’ve lost 6 pounds since starting this new healthy life style. •Short story i normally don’t post pictures without makeup on. See we have a floating cabinet in our bathroom but doesn’t have handles on it to open the drawers. You’re supposed to just be able to push it in and it pop open. When you have anxiety and depression sometimes its hard to get out of that self hating funk, But I've realized that i have to be the one to push myself to want more. I am constantly telling myself that i need to get a routine and be healthier to stop being so hard on myself because i am my worst critic I want to  have the mentality of a go getter but I never seem to push myself to  do more then just the minimum. I seem to still just lay in bed not being able to get up and be productive. I was happy at one point in my life and i wonder from time to time what happened to that girl, I want to be happy again.  I finally realized that I'm not happy with who i am at this given moment and if I'm going to better myself i have to have a healthier life style. I am going to be pushing at being more out going and try to make Conversation with people who have a positive out look on life. I have also realized that i will always have people in my life that are going to want to pull me down and try and make me give up with their negative comments. There is going to be some big changes in my life and i want you all to be apart of my journey. LadIes we should all be more up lifting to each other Instead of beating each other up about how we look. do you know how much of a difference we would make in this world if we were all just a little nicer! we need a support system with each other so if you guys ever need to talk, feel alone and you need a safe space to talk my inbox is always open. I will be doing my very best to post every day, I am going to be posting my routine and how i get my mornings going. A new Start!

Good Morning tumblr bloggers! 

Anxious Girl here, today i kinda got a late start. I definitely didn't want to get up on this beautiful Monday morning here in cali, after a few rainy days right! I was so excited to start up my routine again. So when i first started this health journey I realized that i needed to cut out certain food group, Ill be honest here This girl can chow down on some food but not the healthy Kind. When I'm Upset I eat candy and chips, I fined myself snaking more then eating a actually meal. Which we all know isn't good for your body. I have also noticed how much my coffee intake has increased but i still feel exhausted. Today i cut Coffee out, well hopefully for good No more caffeine. Next i want to let you guys know that i have been including Thrive, which is a premium life style plan and its a simple 3 step system which Has Boosted my energy levels. The first thing I do is take two capsules when i get up which are like human jumper cables it gives me such a energy boost  and  a DTF patch which is basically wearable nutrition it gives me pretty much energy all day and i work in retail so i need to have that type of energy. Next the shakes are basically a meal replacement which ill replace with breakfast if i don't have time too cook eggs in the morning! Any how ..heres my question for the day what type of routines do you all have to get your morning going? I need some fresh new ideas! do any of you have a favorite healthy recipe ?
