I don't know about you guys, but this isn't sending "Will is just using Vecna's powers" to me. Granted, the poster is likely just a reflection of that specific episode.

To me, this is showing Vecna looming behind Will, larger than life, as the puppet master looking to pull the strings. However, in front of Will, literally at his core, is his younger self in a self-styled wizard outfit. It's symbolic of his inner power, the kind Mike told him he had. Castle Byers sits at the base, like a foundation as if everything is growing from it.

All of that, and the positioning of the text, is giving me the idea that Will's powers come from inside him rather than from Vecna. It just allows him to use Vecna's powers against him.
