That’s what I love doing: placing my hand, wide open, holding the chestpiece on his chest, feeling and seeing it rising and falling with each breath, feeling his heart tapping against my hand while I also listen to the wonderful sound of his heart valves snapping, looking carefully towards his neck to catch every pulsation of his carotids and then… Seeing in his eyes that we feel the same things 🩺🫀
