This cosy apartment, located in Stockholm, is the home of Åsa Stenerhag, a fashion designer at Swedish clothing label Filippa K. Upon first glance some may assess the space to be cluttered and void of care, but rest assure that every detail has undoubtedly been meticulously considered. Each room is a brilliant example of when traditional Scandinavian style is applied with a contemporary eye. A variety of patterns, textures and materials all seem to align themselves via a palette of earthy creams, burnt oranges and dusty mochas. The stark white walls and herringbone flooring provide a brilliant canvas in which modern furniture, acquired souvenirs and an eclectic collection of personal artworks are all layered upon. #meandmybentley

Located in the historic Barrio Logan neighborhood of San Diego, University professor Hector Perez has created 9 live-work units in less than 4,000 square feet. Filled with a quirky personality and each with a dedicated outdoor space, the building names La Esquina, meaning “the corner” in Spanish—a reference to its position in the neighbourhood, maximises the potential of every available square foot. .
