Considering how Katelyn is canonly bi (( from finding out in Graduations days )) headcanoning her as another would be bi erasure and doing that would uh not be so good!

I definitely agree, but honestly as a bi girl when I see a character like rose Lalonde(a canon bisexual) headcanonned as lesbian I don’t feel forgotten or pushed to the side as all, but maybe that’s just me. But yeah! Big agree, bi-erasure is way too frequent and I’m sorry if I made it seem like I supported it
