i had this idea seperately of scp 4999 because i dont know the first thing about the scp fandom but after yapping to a friend they told me that he's exactly like scp 4999 and after reading... yeah they're literally beat for beat that scp so whatever he's just a non-anomaly version of scp 4999 that sits by lonely people as they die
