In 3E 417 a mysterious Dunmer known only as "D.B. Ordirnapal" attempted to hold a Sload airship hostage for a ransom of 500,000 septims.

In addition to the money, he demanded three scrolls of slowfall and that the airship continue it's course from Vivec to Cheydinhal.

Somewhere over the mountains near Deshaan, D.B. Ordirnapal exited the airship and disappeared into history along with the ransom. His fate remains unknown but in 4E 96 a child found several 3E septims half buried by mud along a river in the general area D.B. Ordirnapal is believed to have lept from the airship.
