I recently found out about the gossip blog that is really just reposting hate and it kinda made me sad. I don’t write but the fun part of fanfiction is being able to read lots of stories made by a bunch of wonderful different people! It’s a fun hobby that shouldn’t make people anxious to engage with because of the toxicity. It’s fine to criticize and have open conversations but these accounts can’t even verify if the claims they’re posting about are true. which leads to mean and degrading comments about something that’s supposed to be fun and enjoyable. ( ._. )
