guys i just found out about this site that does a daily guessing game, it’s phylogenetic wordle- so fun!!!

This pridemonth let's celebrate and uplift MAINLAND LATINE trans people just as much as the diaspora. Y'all love to talk about latinoamérica and transness here without having ever walked a kilometer in our shoes!!

Today's trans person of the day is Mariela Muñoz! The first trans woman to be given an ID matching her gender in Argentina. She was known for being an adoptive mother to 26 children and grandmother to 30.

Here are pictures of apearances of her on magazines and newspapers, as her case was very well known.

#my surname is quite common so. usually I wouldn't assume a connection #however I did once meet a girl w the same last name as me who was also from the same place my father is from which did make me Huh #but I didn't think nothing of it #but then my grandma was like hey ask her the names of her father and grandfather. yeah. cousins #her grandpa was my grandpa's brother and he had cut ties w this whole side of the family lol #yes I'm now just rbing this post to tell this story #I think my actual reaction can be boiled down to. 'I wouldn't be surprised but I'd still be curious if there's any connection' lol

I was hesitant to reblog this since Pinterest is famous for almost never having any credit and being stolen works, but this is a seriously great reference from what I looked at for anyone wanting to draw fat people. There are numerous sections for different fashion styles, and that's usually impossible to find. So I'm making an exception this single time and reblogging this.

There's not a lot of content of fat men, but there is some. There are also pictures of queer couples, drag queens, historical photos, etc.

Another art reference for poses with fat bodies is the website FatPhotoRef run by @lawlesslagomorph who carefully vets the people who ask for access to the website in order to ensure that none of the fat people who have volunteered photos of themselves will be abused. Donations help keep the website running too!
