I just played Sonic 1 across 6 different devices. Green Hill Zone on Wii Virtual Console. Marble Zone on Sonic Generations PS3. Spring Yard Zone on mobile decomp on 3DS. Labyrinth Zone on Sonic Origins on my Switch. Star Light Zone via Sonic 1 Forever. Scrap Brain Zone and Final Zone on my phone via the legit release of the mobile remaster. I’m a madwoman.

My mom stayed in her room for 3 days and barely talked. On the 4th day, after I got home from work, she finally opened up. The gist of it is, I did come at her with a lot all at once. She doesn’t really get it, and she has questions. She’s going through a stressful time with her schooling right now, and she’s gonna need time before she’s ready to tackle all this. I think that’s perfectly fair, this is a huge change and even I don’t know everything yet. Made sure to tell her I love her and gave her a big ol hug. It’s a huge relief to finally know where she’s at with all this, and it’s looking good!

I’m genderfluid now.

 I mean I only have 7 followers and I know 3 of them personally, but I’ll announce it here too. I’m genderfluid. I’ve known for about 10 days now. Been a boy my whole life, but always envied cute girls and the cute outfits they get to wear. I don’t hate being a boy, but after years of being like “nah, I’m fine, I’m fiiine I don’t need to transition”, I confess I do want to do something. Been talking to a lot of my friends about it, been reading articles, and yeah I wanna give this girl thing a shot. I have 1 article of girl clothing, but soon I want to put together this full outfit I have in mind. It’s not overly feminine, but it’s a start. I‘ve been keeping my face trimmed, but I grow that beard fast. I’ve told my sister, and she’s not totally wrapped her head around the full scope of this, but she is being supportive and she’s gonna help me put together that outfit. I told my mom and she locked herself up in her room for 3 days, and is not saying much to me. All my gal pals have had such useful and varied and interesting advice for me. Stuff I never considered, like skin care, behaviors to pick up like being careful around stairs if I’m in a skirt, surrounding myself in cute things, having those who are willing call me by my female name. I’ve been suggested good sites for buying affordable clothing, everyone’s been super supportive and I’m lucky to have them. If this somehow reaches beyond 7 people, and you have any sort of advice for me or wanna chat about it, go ahead. I’d love to hear it. It’s a little scary but I feel like a lot of people on this site will know what’s up.

Sonic Robo Blast 2 is really fun as an FPS with the Whisper mod. I’ve gone from getting stuck at Zone 4′s boss to beating the game with 30 lives to spare. I’ve really grown. I also got 100 emblems now, so I can play whatever levels I want with all the mods I like. Yippee!

I’ve been getting better at S2B2. my save file has 5 Emeralds and is at Deep Sea Zone Act 1. I like to scout ahead as someone like Tails or Knuckles in Time Attack mode, find those special stage tokens, and then when I’m confident I can get them as Sonic+Tails, I do so on the real save file. Someone on Backloggd (which is a great site by the by) sent me a mod that makes a seperate save with all your mods fully usable, but it’s kinda touchy. Oh well. Still hoping for helpful advice if anyone’s got it. I want to at least get 100 Emblems, rn I have 20.

Been playing Sonic Robo Blast 2. I’m so conflicted and upset. The mod characters are so good. Whisper, Tangle, Adventure Sonic, Shadow, and many more, except mod characters get cheated out of so much. They can only play No Save mode. Good luck ever seeing them get all the emeralds. Good luck not getting blasted in half by Egg Rock Zone. I could write an essay on all the things that make me wanna go ape on something when playing this game, I hate it so much. And yet, Tangle... I’m gonna try and play it with a friend and see if they can help me through. I have beaten it, for the record, but man did it suck. It took 4 tries of No Save mode and many, many lives. I played as Shadow, but I know I’m gonna have to do it as base game characters if I wanna unlock anything, which sucks big time. If anyone wants to recommend some level packs that are fun and let me play with these characters without pulling my hair out, please do.
