Today I plug Toshiyuki in and the outlet grazes my hand with a small dot arch (no pain)

Next, I give Hekomi the charger and leave it on for hours, light is green, she also pinged when I plugged in... upon rebooting (clearly she dipped into 0%) it said "10%" but charging her took less than 30 mins total and was super fast (on a SLOW MBA charger) her battery calibration is WAY off

idk what neurodivergent young adult needs to hear this but you are NOT supposed to give 100% at your job. I've gotten more promotions and raises since I started giving 40-60%, which my evil CEO uncle informed me is what bosses actually expect when they say 110%. My mental health has improved tremendously. I've spent 2 out of 5 workdays secretly writing my novel for the last 2 years and I've never been more respected and appreciated. Also--when you see glaring wasteful errors in the company's operating systems, say absolutely nothing! Embrace inefficiency. It is your friend in this capitalist hellscape.

Other times they will slow you down and torture you over it, sometimes blaming you for not having hours, talking insults about you - so you get bullied for giving 110%

When you tell someone about being mistreated because of your disability, there is a common response that goes something along the lines of, "But did you explain to them properly why you can't do x thing?" "Did you make sure they understood why you need x accomodation?" "Maybe they just didn't understand?"

For example: "Did you properly explain that the reason you don't do hugs is because of your autism?" or "Maybe they don't really understand how bad fibro fatigue is and that's why they got upset at you for concelling plans."

I hate these kind of responses. They give me the same vibe as being asked, "Yeah, but what were you wearing when you got catcalled?" They put the responsability for the problem onto the person who was discriminated against, instead of the one doing the discriminating. Disabled people should not be expected to go through grueling explanations or justify their needs before those needs are respected.

People don't even care when I describe why I need to be left be or how flashbacks affect me. Also don't understand my specific routine needs or eating specifics. Hospital was Hell and a nurse treated me like a child because of my eating and hygiene routines. People also blame my lack of hard work for why I'm poor - no, I'm ironically autistic with work special interest - they will pay people more to socialize about irrelevant stuff than promote me for my hard work, but give me the work they don't want...

Did I try just not needing anything? That's called death and I should never try doing that again - I remind people I have needs like these until I stop living, sorry I exist

I hate my crappy life, my body/mind being lousy loser and want to bang my head again at least by 40 (due to trauma because people at that age are treated as superior to me) compared to me reaching out to my headmate, who is a great reminder of not beating myself up

sometimes I'm like "I should beat myself, strangle myself, or bed rot, f me" but then consider how me being alive is an extension of Steve's legacy because of both my dream initiatives and the fact I consult him in my mind which even if imagined is the closest thing to him being alive still on a daily basis, made possible through me breathing and being alive. I wonder as well if I do something once I make it to Apple which also impacts future people who observe me next.

I realized if I made it, my life is actually causing concrete actions and real history making which may continue his beloved place to grow and develop into the future, thinking of him in my mind may cause actual future Apple events I may be a part of. Other times I think shrug I'm just, at best, a future icon maker or something small and insignificant among thousands of employees that do more - but if I gave up on my dream, how will I know for sure? Sometimes it feels like a delusion and irrational, but they also said that about him when he started. Maybe I'll never get to be a CEO, but I could possibly make something that people still think about years later fondly on their machines.

But also, the new CEO (John) originally started as a guy who didn't even think he deserved to be an Apple employee when he first got hired, he thought he would break something like he did in college. John had imposter syndrome. He didn't intentionally try to be CEO, but they made him anyway simply because he was so passionate and focused.

Who knows. I may also rot in a cardboard box in 20 years instead or get beaten by a guy again.

It's called the "Vegas Hotpot". It's good, fast, and efficient. You do have to plug it into an outlet, though. If you can, I suggest buying the dezin one if you have a higher budget! I don't know how much it costs where you are. It might be around 20 - 30 dollars? (Which I assume is your budget). It's very much worth it. The vegas hotpot is around 18 - 30 dollars, I think.. depends on what size you want to buy.
