Lets-a-Grow! 115-185lbs
Figured I should give a little context here, especially if you’re new!
I started gaining at a scrawny 115lbs (give or take) in 2012. I had just graduated college and weighed more than I ever had...and was still visibly underweight with a BMI of 19.7.
I'll expand more on this in future installments, but I was always scrawny growing up. Underfed and quite self-conscious about my skinniness...people loved to tease me on it.
And that's part of the reason I decided to bulk up in my 20s. It started with going to the gym a lot before I finally gave in to my gluttonous desires around the pandemic (like so many of us).
From 2012-2018, I packed on a good bit of muscle and gained from 115 to around 140. Since then, I've put on another 45lbs, this time with fat. At my highest, I weighed 185 at 5ft 4in tall, with a BMI of 31.8.
I've been interested in purposeful weight gain for so long. Weight gain cartoons especially piqued my interest growing up (Templeton the rat, Porky Pig, and Ed from Ed Edd n' Eddy being standouts). I like showing it off...with clothes fitting tighter than they used to and noticeable curves developing all over.
I plan to document my progress to 200+ lbs in ways that are honest, enlightening, and even helpful to others looking to pack on weight.
