Day 40
Are you the same person you were two and a half years ago?
No. A little less happy, a lot more ruined, more informed, eons more mature, less stuck-up, more courageous, and more athletic.

Day 40
Are you the same person you were two and a half years ago?
No. A little less happy, a lot more ruined, more informed, eons more mature, less stuck-up, more courageous, and more athletic.
Day 39
Is everything you do for yourself? Can you truly be selfless?
You receive a feeling of warmth and servitude when you are doing a task for others, so non, you cannot be truly selfless.
Day 38
What is one change that you would make/have made to your life that will make/has made it better?
I'm going to make this would have made. I would have trusted my instincts. I would have run and told. I wouldn't have given in . I should have known better. I should have done better. I should have told, but now it's too late. I wouldn't be scared. I wouldn't be angry. I wouldn't blame myself. I wouldn't have to hide. I wouldn't have to fear judgement. I'd be able to be happy.
Day 37
What is a book that has been recognized as ‘great literature’ that you dislike? Why?
I did not enjoy The Great Gatsby. The story didn't capture my interest, and nothing kept me reading other than the fact that I wanted to say that I gave it a chance and finished it.
Day 36
What is the absolute hardest thing about staying alive?
Probably the people who make it hard. The people who are oppressive, who do things that stress you out, who aren't empathetic, who don't show respect and courtesy.
Day 35
Which word needs to exist (or be used again)?
Latter! It's used today, but not all too often. I just finished Crime and Punishment, and even though it was dry and horrid, the use of "latter" was nice.
Day 34
How many kinds of love are there?
Romantic, familial (which can apply to very close friends), friendships, and love of objects (shows, movies, items, etc.).
Day 33
If one TV show could be real, which one would you want it to be? Which one would screw our world over?
I want Austin & Ally to be real, but then R5 wouldn't exist...dammit.
Which would screw our world over? Hm, let's think. Teen Wolf.
Day 32
Your opinion on oral sex?
WHY NOT
Day 31
Do you feel ‘connected to nature’? Do you frequent outside? Do you believe that a connection with the earth we live on is necessary in the first place?
I like stream studies and forests and streams but it's SO GOD DAMN RAINY IN PENNSYLVANIA THIS SUMMER AND I FEEL LIKE I LIVE IN FUCKING ENGLAND AND I DIDN'T THINK I'D GET ALL PISSY WITH THIS QUESTION BUT I AM.
Connection with the earth is cool unless you're allergic to it all aka my friend Amanda but she'll roll in grass anyway.
Day 30
What is something you felt like you deserved or should have belonged to you, but you never got?
Class president! Or at least prom planning committee. In seventh grade, I won class president, and there wasn't even a list of candidates. You picked whomever you wanted, and I won without even being on a list of options. Yet when I'm one of three, I never win. One of one hundred, yes. And I was one of the only two people on the prom planning committee ballot who didn't make it. THE TWO MOST CREATIVE PEOPLE ON THE BALLOT.
Day 29
Write your own eulogy.
Hogwarts Hymn plays
Oh god did she really make us play this?
We gather here to celebrate the life of a Gyrffindor who could never keep her room clean and bought thirty books a month even though she read like a snail, and she knew her problem. She was forever a stan for Ginny Weasley and for Hufflepuff House, and she forever kept the little boy with a lightning scar close to her heart. Although she hated her own, she was the ultimate queen of birthdays and would finish your card a month prior to the date. I am sure that she would give her thanks to J. K. Rowling and to Esther Earl and to every single person who contributed to her having wifi. And kids, she'll be editing all your essays from Heaven.
Day 28
Do you feel at home in your home? Is home a place for you? A book? A thing? A person? What would you want your home to be?
No. Home is a book or a good movie or a Secret Life marathon or a sleepover with my little "sisters." Home should be filled with love and support, and it doesn't have to be family.
Day 27
If the SATs/grades did not exist, in what way should colleges/teachers evaluate applicants?
Honestly, I don't even know. The SATs are standardized so that one school can't test harder than another like with grades, and it's easier for colleges and universities to filter through applicants. There really is no other equal playing field but standardized testing, and anything else would be much too time consuming.
Day 26
Rewrite a verse of lyrics from your favorite song. They have to sound good when you sing it out loud along to tune of the song.
I'm doing this a day late because I couldn't even think of a song to use.
So here is a Ginny Weasley remix of Charlie Pidcock's "The Distance."
Day 25
What is the funniest one-liner Tumblr text post you’ve ever read?
I like them and forget them oops
Day 24
If you could accuse somebody of being fake/a bitch and not suffer any repercussions, who would you accuse, and how would you do it?
I have a girl in my class named Bree who got my votes down for class president by telling people that I was going to make everything about gay rights and Harry Potter. Gay wizardry! Did you hear that? I'm Dumbledore!
She was on the second story of our musical last year (I was her back-up singer), and she would make fun of someone doing lines on the first story every rehearsal.
YET she has the nerve to sing Christina Aguilera's "Beautiful" for four different talents shows and tell my favorite teacher sob stories about her life even though Bree disrespects her. People should be singing that song about her, not the other way around.
