you know what i've never understood? i've never understood why so many people write kaiba as being this absolute tyrant to his employees. i mean, yes, kaiba is a workaholic and he expects his employees to give 200% in their jobs because kaiba wants nothing less than his company producing the finest quality, high tech virtual gaming equipment, but that doesn't mean he shouldn't care about the people that dedicate so many hours making his company thrive.

give me kaiba caring about his employees. give me kaiba caring about their families.

give me a kaiba who lets his employees with children have several days off for the holidays.

give me a kaiba that anonymously donates toys and other supplies to employees he's aware aren't quite doing well financially..

give me a kaiba that hears wind of an employee whose child is in the hospital for a serious medical condition and anonymously donates money to cover the expenses they can't afford.

give me a kaiba who cares about his employee's families !!!

kaiba cares about kids. kaiba cares about families. being a perfectionist workaholic does not mean he can't care about those that make kaibacorp what it is.

        INALL THE celebrating, Anzu doesn't actually check her mail and findsthe coupons the next day. Shedoesn't need gifts. Hadn't expected any. But even something like acoupon is special and thoughtful in its own way. She makes sure tocall up Jou and thank him for the gift. After all, she's well awareof his financial situation. She's evennice enough to offer to use one of the coupons to buy lunch for thewhole gang.
