How embarrassing. Was it a good story at least? I once had a patient who was a prostitute. She had a brain bleed because one of her clients took it upon himself to try and “make the world a better place” and beat the crap out of her. Some of the stories that she told me during her pre-op exam were insane.

I casually asked my patient if she was sexually active this morning, after she replied with her answer I looked down to go onto the next question which just so happened to be "What do you do?"      She went on to give me a very detailed visual of her sex life before finally realizing that I did infact mean what she did for a living. It's only 8:30am? I'm scarred, and need coffee.
