Very true. I usually take his name away when i’m pissed off at him. He’s either Mcdreamy or Mcass. The interns definitely wouldn’t be sneaking me coffee. They’d probably rat me out to Derek to try to get on his good side for when he goes back to surgery.

I named him McDreamy, but I like being the scary resident, so I have to agree that Medusa is better. Besides, I’m not dreamy in the slightest, so being the McDreamies would be false advertising.
If you gave him the nickname, then you can take it away. [laughs] Besides, I don't think the interns would be sneaking you coffee if your official nickname was Mrs. McDreamy.

I casually asked my patient if she was sexually active this morning, after she replied with her answer I looked down to go onto the next question which just so happened to be “What do you do?” She went on to give me a very detailed visual of her sex life before finally realizing that I did infact mean what she did for a living. It’s only 8:30am? I’m scarred, and need coffee.
How embarrassing. Was it a good story at least? I once had a patient who was a prostitute. She had a brain bleed because one of her clients took it upon himself to try and "make the world a better place" and beat the crap out of her. Some of the stories that she told me during her pre-op exam were insane.
