This scene really broke me. We have seen sae bom as strong, sharp and an intelligent character with survival instincts who was ready to face anything and not much of her emotional side. She, who was strong no matter what, for the first time, couldn't take it when she knew hyun was infected.

When she realised she loved hyun, confessed to him in the lift, came to know how they were there for each other and protected one another.. now that he's in danger she finally questions what is she if it was not for hyun?

And here sae bom, she doesn't only just "watches" and cries but she "replays" it and starts to breakdown. He's really what she has.

Sorry but I don't trust anyone who couldn't cry of feel something at this scene. I love them so much. One of the best and top pairings in kdamas.
