Greetings from the @maisoncailler in Broc, Switzerland 🇨🇭 (swipe 👈🏻) I finally made it to this very much desired place, the factory that makes my favorite mass-produced Swiss chocolates 🍫 Even when I lived in Switzerland 🇨🇭 I never got around to getting here so as to witness how they create their wonderfully delicious chocolates. The tour is pretty good, it provides the history and background on how their love affair for chocolate all begun; their continued dedication to quality, fair trade & all natural ingredients sustainability. Known for their specific atmosphere found nowhere else in the world, Viennese cafés are legendary and their Coffee House Culture tradition is so important that was officially added to the UNESCO Cultural Heritage list in 2011. With this in mind, I came to enjoy a favorite of mine, the iconic Cafe Prückel. Even on this overcast rainy day, I just couldn’t leave Copenhagen, Denmark 🇩🇰 without at least stopping by the second-oldest operating amusement park in the world, the renown Tivoli Gardens. The park opened on August of 1843 to the thrill of all, and it has amusement rides, band stands, a small lake, beautiful manicured gardens and several restaurants, plus some cool buildings in exotic Asian styles that light up at night to give the park a colorful sense of magical fun. This is the Rosenborg Castle within the King’s Gardens, (Kongens Have) Copenhagen’s 🇩🇰 centrally oldest park as viewed from beautiful the Rose Garden. With the Palácio do Planalto, the presidential palace, in the background and standing in the Three Powers Square (Praça dos Três Poderes) where the three governmental powers harmoniously would meet as envisioned and built by the Much praised Brazilian dynamic duo of architect Oscar Niemeyer and engineer Lucio Costa; one finds these graceful and cool 25-foot-tall elongated bronze figures holding poles.
