1. Chose three books from your shelves. Which do you drool on, which do you throw into a tornado, and which do you rip to shreds?
Well my dog already drooled on my brand-new copy of Anne or Green Gables… so that’s been done. Am I throwing a book into a tornado/ shredding it because I hate it? or because I love it so much? I love the Chronicles of Vladimir Tod so much that I have extra copies of each book, so I guess I could afford to destroy them.
2. Be vewy, vewy quiet! What book(s) are you always hunting, but can never find?
I did go on a hunt for Choose-your-own-adventure books a while back. None of the book stores had them so I just ended up ordering them over the internet.
3. What are three of the strangest books you’ve read in the last year? What made them strange?
Did I even read three books in the last year? lol. I guess the Cemetery Boys by Zac Brewer (formerly Heather) was kind of strange. I just didn’t know what to expect.
The choose-your-own-adventure ones I got are pretty strange. (Your code name is Jonah, and House of Danger)
And Asylum by Madeleine Roux was different. Thought it was going to be scarier, but it was definitely strange.
4. I tawt I taw a puddy tat! Describe one thing on your shelves that’s not a book.
CDs and DVDs
5. What’s the last book you ‘suffered’ through, and why? (The characters? Needed to know what happened? etc.)
I just finished rereading the first Vladimir Tod book, ninth grade bites, and I would say I suffered because all I could think about was the last book when good guys turn evil and certain people die… *sigh* Why do I keep reading these books?
6. Eeeeeh, what’s up Doc? Tell us about the last book that caught you off guard/surprised you.
Ending wise? The Cemetery Boys.
7. Given the chance, which book character(s) would you gladly toss off a cliff?
Eddie Fucking Poe! (Chronicles of Vladimir Tod) I’m only on book 2 of 5 and I already want him dead.
8. You’re dethpicable! What book/series tops your life-ruiners list?
I’m more into TV shows that ruin lives lol. Vladimir Tod has affected my life the most out of all my books, but I’d say they made my life better… even if there are tears after every re-read.
9. Covers vs. Blurbs: which attracts you more to a book?
I start with the cover, (I know I’m not supposed to). Then I’ll read the blurb. I’m horrible at picking new books to read though so I probably still won’t get it unless it’s recommended.
10. Say your prayers, varmint! If you could, what ONE book genre/trope would you get rid of?
Unnecessary love stories? Seriously, there’s way too much. More platonic relationships!
