It’s truly a pleasure to see my partner like this. Their breast perfectly draped around their round full belly as their legs are wide open so I can truly take in all of the essence this moment has to offer. Since we found out we were pregnant I’ve dreamed of this very moment. Our babies head has finally crowned due to all their beautiful moans and birthing noises.

When the head’s almost too big and it’s way too late for an epidural, just remember, there’s only one way to end the pain: keep your legs spread wide around your belly and push as hard as you can every contraction, no matter how bad it hurts. Eventually, you will struggle that overdue head out. Of course, that does mean those broad shoulders are about to ram right into your very sore perineum, but that’s a problem with a very similar solution.
