I have not seen P&S since I was a young teen, but it is more over the top when it came to sexual humor and content than the Hellaverse if my memory serves me right. P&S has a better soundtrack though.

How do you know someone did not watch the shows in full? You can still criticize/have an opinion on a piece of media if you did not watch/read it in full. PASWG is a comedic show that doesn't really take itself seriously,also i don't think its a criticism of Christianity

Why do ppl assume South Park is just edgy stuff, South Park is not all about swearing and sex, they even made an entire episode about how swearing loses its impact, also Terrance and Phillip exists to poke fun at those people who think South Park is just that
