tablescape: Swedish designer Prince Sigvard Bernadotte (1907 - 2002) created the timeless fluted design. The bowls work well in contemporary settings as well as more traditional environments; produced in mirror-polished stainless steel, the wide fluted bowl (in front) measures 10.24" x 4.02", the larger narrow fluted bowl (behind) measures 12.6" x 2.28". New York City is the latest addition to the Blockitecture collection by James Paulus. It consists of 74 wooden pieces designed to create iconic buildings of the NYC skyline. The blocks are shaped to be nested in a creative manner to present the sprawling cityscape. James Paulus, an alumnus of Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), originally designed Blockitecture for his Metaproject (in 2013) an industry project class under the guidance of industrial designer Josh Owen.
