Vittorio appeared to be lost in his own train of thoughts as he held an armful amount of hardbound books and strolled along the mansion’s outdoor corridor. They appeared to be quite heavy, to be honest, but their weight appeared to be of little to no bother for the Library Director.

He was about to make a couple of last turns toward his living quarter when he felt something bump onto him. “Mhm?” The older male blinked as he halted and looked downwards. ‘A boy?’ he thought, as he realized that he had never seen him around. Then immediately realizing their situation, Vittorio crouched in front of the shorter male and worriedly asked him. “Are you alright? Did that hit injure you anywhere?”

For a moment, he didn't say anything, because he was kind of taken by surprise. As he rubbed his sore shoulder gently, he was also trying to recompose himself. It hurt a little bit, but it wasn't serious or anything, so it was okay, to be honest.

Shaking his head after a minute, he mumbled, "I'm fine, Mister," which was true. 

His vermilion eyes then met the other's black eyes. Elmo silently wondered who this person was. He was certain that they have never encountered before. The boy was even more curious about the books this Mister was currently holding. Really, who was this Signore?

“Ah I see…” he says in understanding. ‘Still the resemblance is slightly far… I’m doubting they’re connected biologically though, an adoption perhaps? Or he could’ve- Wait! I doubt that’s possible… Even for an alchemist of his caliber…’ Nova thought to himself. “Well, anyway, what brings you out Elmo?” he asks.

Staying indoors was sometimes very tiring and boring for him. He was a child, after all. Even if he wasn't exactly human, he still had the feelings of a typical, normal, human child.
