ăâăâ Battles like this keep on coming, almost as it if it would never end. Blood, bodies piling on the around, it was all too familiar. In the heat of battle, it was hard to notice when you were fighting for your life. The Bern army have been sending wyvern riders into the battle field as an attempt to pick off any of those on foot, and they were ordered to specifically attack Roy. Fortunately for the young lord, Wolt had been there to shoot down most of the wyverns.
â Are you doing alright, Master Roy? The wyvern riders wonât be able to hurt you while Iâm here! â he shouts to make sure heâs heard. With a lot of fighting happening in the battlefield, it was hard to hear one another. Hopefully this would end soon, Wolt hated fighting, but he must do his best to protect his lord.
ăâăââ â Iâm fine⊠â Roy answered, maybe not as loudly as his comrade. He trusted Wolt on taking the wyverns down while he took care of the infantry. The general also didnât like violence, but in times of war, it was the only way. He would rather kill as few people as possible, taking the leaderâs life and letting the enemy flee⊠But, they were too numerous and wouldnât let him approach.
As the green-haired archer took down any flying unit coming the Lordâs way, certainly aiming for his head, Roy shouted to the rest of his troops to be really careful of any reinforcements appearing. They were clearly outnumbered at this rate, and Roy feared for any lost lives among his army. To him, losing just one of his allies would be considered a failure even if they won this battle.
ăâăâ Okay, there were less flying enemies now, so Wolt was about to focus  bit more on the ground. Yes, yes, everything was looking good, as others like Alan and Lance were keeping the other enemies away from Roy. The battle was turning in favor of the Lycian Resistance as the army pushed further into the enemy defense lines. Just as everything was going well, suddenly... there was a myrmidon about to strike Roy from behind! On instinct, Wolt rushed to get in front of Roy to protect him from the attack.
â WATCH OUT!!!- â was all he was able to shout out until he took a strike from the myrmidon. He was sliced across the abdomen with the sword. The chest armor could only do so much in situations like these. Wolt let out a pained scream as he collapsed, his arms wrapped around his wound. If not healed, heâll probably bleed out from the gash. He would do anything for his lord, even die if it were to save him,
